What am I working on?

I'm a Product Manager at Google on the Geo Automotive team, focused on making roads safer and driving more enjoyable through map data support for driver assistance and automated driving.
 
I lead teams that build and market digital products to scale, developing and taking products to market by defining, designing, challenging, and inventing business models.
 
I address questions like: What is the usage and value of features? How does the product scale? What do consumers expect? What do sales teams need to sign up customers? When is a product successful? What is the revenue or value created with the product? How can we improve operational efficiencies? How can we evolve the product?
 
Using these insights, I drive the definition of product vision, mission, and focus areas, ensuring this is communicated to stakeholders and product development teams. I guide teams to use user feedback and market research to translate user and business needs into product stories, which the development team uses to build and improve the product.
 
Before Google, I led product teams at HERE Technologies, focusing on ADAS & HD Maps, automotive map publications, geocoding, and other location-based products. Before location services, I spent over seven years in digital marketing, serving clients and managing teams for leading global agencies Razorfish and MRM Worldwide.
